General & Operating System
- Capacity 3000 Liters of waste collection capacity.
- Operation Operates via a truck-mounted crane controlled by a remote or manual control unit, without requiring the driver to exit the vehicle.
- Discharge Method Container is lifted via lifting mechanism. Discharge executed by opening bottom doors via remote control.
- Mushroom Model Features an opening and closing system that operates on a push-and-pull principle.
Body & Material Specifications
- Dimensions Min. 1450 mm (Width) x 1600 mm (Depth) x 1600 mm (Height).
- Main Body Material Manufactured from 2.00 mm thick TS EN 10346 / DX51D+Z quality galvanized sheet metal.
- Body Design Conical shape design to prevent waste from getting stuck or jamming during discharge.
- Blind Surfaces Closed surfaces manufactured from 0.8 mm thick TS EN 10346 / DX51D+Z quality galvanized sheet metal.
- Coating Exterior surface coated with electrostatic powder coating (color determined by administration). Easy to clean surface.
Door & Disposal System
- Disposal Points Single or double-door drum-system manufactured from TS EN 10346 / DX51D+Z galvanized sheet metal.
- Disposal Opening Min. 750 mm (Width) x 400 mm (Height) when open. Door height from ground is 1100 mm.
- Ergonomics Mechanism housed with bearings, supported by gas shock absorber/piston. Includes Bakelite handles. Pedal mechanism optional.
- Sealing Rubber sealing gasket mounted on disposal doors to prevent noise and bad odor emissions.
Bottom Discharge System
- Material Manufactured from 3.00 mm thick DX51D+Z standard original galvanized sheet metal.
- Liquid Capacity Designed to hold 300-350 liters of liquid waste with a pool depth of 150 mm.
- Discharge Angle Bottom doors open at least 80-90 degrees for complete discharge. Concealed hinges do not protrude outside.
- Mechanics Bolted joint system using Ø27.00 x 3.00 mm steel pipes on opening arms. Strictly prohibited: Flexible materials (chains, wire ropes) carrying breakage risk.
Certifications & Delivery
- Standards Compliance with TS EN 13071-1-2 standards and EN 13071-2+A1 quality certificates. Delivered with CE certificate.
- Hardware Fastening bolts min. 8.8 quality galvanized (DIN 961–933). Nuts are fibered and galvanized (DIN 985).
- Delivery Format Manufactured as a completely demounted system for ease of transport and assembly.
- Labeling Logos, warning signs, and information labels are UV-resistant and laminated.
